The Compensation Plan

Here is a quick overview of NeuroGenesis’ Compensation Plan. A full, laymen term description is published on our website. Our compensation plan permits you to rise to the top while encouraging others to rise with you. The income opportunity is literally unlimited and makes each step along the way financially rewarding. 
 
Distributor: You can join NeuroGenesis directly as a Distributor for $29.95 - non commissionable - ($5.00 monthly account maintenance fee chargeable only if you receive a higher commission).  

You will receive the Distributor Kit in the mail and the basic NeuroGenesis self-replicating web system and back office, customized with your name. Product purchase is optional. However, a personal volume is required to participate in the Commissions and Bonuses Reward System.

1. Retail Customer Profit - Paid Monthly - the difference between the retail price and wholesale for beCALM’d, which is $10.00 and the Preferred Customer Profit, which is $6.50 per bottle

2. First 60-Day Quick Start Bonus - Paid twice a month

Up to 3% Leadership Infinity Bonuses
International Distributors and above may qualify for an additional Leadership Infinity Bonus.  The Infinity Bonuses begin at Level 5 of your personally enrolled Active Distributors. If you encounter another equally qualified Distributor in the downline, the blocking of the infinity bonus will begin at the 5th level of that ID's personally enrolled Active Distributors. DEFINITIONS: Enroller: The person that Enrolls another Distributor. Placement: The person under whom an Enroller may optionally place a newly enrolled Distributor or Customer. Many times the Enroller and the Placement are the same person, however the Enroller place a new Distributor or Customer anywhere in his/her downline. AutoShip - AutoShip is available as a convenience and to help you effortlessly maintain your personal monthly volume (PV) required to qualify for commissions. However, your customers can help your personal volume. When the difference between the wholesale price and retail and preferred customer sales are equal to or exceeds your AutoShip order, you may wish to cancel your AutoShip order and no product will be shipped to you, unless you place a separate, additional order. Active Distributor: A Distributor that has a personal volume of at least $50 in any given month. Personal Volume (PV): The Distributor wholesale value of your personal volume and/or your customers.

Group Volume (GV): The total wholesale value of your entire organization volume no matter how many tiers deep.

Commissionable Volume (CV): The portion of the wholesale volume on which commissions are paid.

Rank Volume (RV) and 70% Rule - The Rank Volume is the percentage of Group Volume that is allocated to you to reach a Rank qualification in the Reward System (Distributor, Regional Distributor, National Distributor etc.) and is in place to comply with U. S. Federal law and to discourage stacking. Simply put, it is 70% of the sum of the volume in all your legs (all the way to infinity) plus 100% of the volume in other legs where the volume is less than the volume in your largest leg.

• Complete a New Distributor Application & Agreement online or through form.
• Read, understand and accept NeuroGenesis’ Policies & Procedure and Compensation Plan.

 Benefits

• You are granted the use of the basic NeuroGenesis self-replicating web system and back office, customized with your name, for 30 days. If you let the 30 days expire before upgrading to Distributor you will scale down to Customer status in the Customer Group of your Enroller and you will lose your web system and the Distributor and/or Customer organization you may have acquired during your 30-days trial period.

• Obtain a self-replicating web site with Virtual Office.
• NeuroGenesis recommends new Distributors to sign up for AutoShip; $50.00 minimum
• Order product directly from NeuroGenesis at wholesale price.
• Sell to Customers at retail.
• Sell to Preferred Customers at 10% discount
• Begin to build a personal sales organization by enrolling other Distributors into the NeuroGenesis Reward System.
• $50.00 Personal Volume (PV) minimum.
• $50.00 Group Volume (GV) minimum.
• Participate in the first 60-Day Quick Start Bonus program.

Executive Distributor

Presidential Distributor

• $200.00 Personal Volume (PV) minimum.
• $80,000.00 Group Volume (GV) minimum.
• Five (5) personally enrolled/sponsored active Distributors on your 1^st tier.
• Participate in the first 60-Day Quick Start Bonus.
• Earn 5% Unilevel Commission on your 1^st and 2^nd levels, 9% on your 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th levels, 5% on your 6^th level.
• Participation in 3% Incentive Bonus Pool (4 shares).
• Participation in 2% Infinity Bonus Pool (4 shares).

Useful Information:

Calculation of Rank Volume:

Suppose a NeuroGenesis Distributor has:

A. One leg with a total GV of $10,000, a second leg has a GV of 2,000 and a third has a GV of $1,000. Total Group Volume: $13,000.

Maximum Allowable Leg Volume: 70% of $13,000 is $9,100.

$2,000 and $1,000 are less than $9,100 so they count as full volume, however the $10,000 leg is greater than $9,100 so a maximum of $9,100 counts for this leg.

$9,100 + 2,000 + 1,000 equals a total Rank Volume (RV) of $12,100.

Incentive and Infinity Bonus Pool Calculations:

Suppose a NeuroGenesis Company volume of $1,000,000:

• 3% Incentive Bonus Pool:          $30,000

• 2% Infinity Bonus Pool:           $20,000

• 3% Incentive Bonus Pool shares:

• International Distributors earn one (1) share

• Ambassador Distributors earn two (2) shares

• Presidential Distributors earn four (4) shares

  Total seven (7) shares

• 2% Infinity Bonus Pool shares:

• Ambassador Distributors earn two (2) shares

• Presidential Distributors earn four (4) shares

       Total six (6) shares

3% Incentive Bonus Pool

• International Distributors          split 1/7 X $30,000 = $ 4,286

• Ambassador Distributors          split 2/7 X $30,000 = $ 8,571

• Presidential Distributors          split 4/7 X $30,000 = $ 17,143

2% Infinity Bonus Pool

• Ambassador Distributors          split 2/6 X $20,000 = $ 6,667

• Presidential Distributors          split 4/6 X $20,000 = $ 13,333

Suppose NeuroGenesis has three (3) Presidential Distributors  

• PD 1 has a Group Volume (GV) $300,000

• PD 2 has a Group Volume (GV) $600,000

• PD 3 has a Group Volume (GV) $700,000

To calculate the Infinity Bonus for the three (3) Presidential Distributors, add all three GVs: equals $1,600,000

PD 1:    $300,000 = 0.1875 X $13,333 = $2,500 bonus
           $1,7000,000  

PD 2:  $600,000 = 0.3529 X $13,333 = $4,706 bonus
          $1,7000,000

PD 3:  $700,000 = 0.4118 X $13,333 = $5,490 bonus
          $1,7000,000

The same basic calculations are used for the Infinity Ambassador Distributor Bonus and the Incentive Bonus Pool.

Leadership Infinity Bonus:

International Distributor and above may qualify for an additional Leadership Infinity Bonus as described below. The Infinity Bonuses begin at Level 5 of your personally enrolled 1 tier Active Distributors. It is a differential Infinity Bonus that pays out on the Group Volume.

International Distributor: Can qualify for the Silver Infinity Bonus, which pays 1% on GV beginning at the 5th level of your personally enrolled Active Distributors. If you encounter another International Distributor in the downline, the blocking of the infinity bonus will begin at the 5th level of that ID's personally enrolled Active Distributors. Must have met the qualification expressed in the chart above.

Ambassador Distributor: Can qualify for the Gold Infinity Bonus, which pays 2% on GV beginning at the 5th level of your personally enrolled Active Distributors. Same blocking rules and differential payout apply.

Presidential Distributor: Can qualify for the Platinum Infinity Bonus, which pays 3% on GV beginning at the 5th level of your personally enrolled Active Distributors. Same blocking rules and differential payout apply.
