Severe Panic Attacks, Depression and ADHD

To whom it may concern,

I am a 22 year old college student and I have been battling depression, and anxiety with severe panic attacks.

Additionally, I have just recently been diagnosed with ADHD.

My depression and anxiety has been so severe previously that I could not get out of the bed, clean my room, pay bills or do homework. I have suffered from panic attacks so severe, I thought I was dying. I have been on Paxil, Celexa, and Visteril. The side effects from the anti-anxiety and anti-depression medication often landed me in the emergency room with severe chest and abdominal pain.
