Sleeping Problems

The quality of both my life has definitely improved since taking the beCalm'd. I have suffered from fibromyalgia for over fifteen years. I did find a treatment that has largely reduced the muscle pain (Dr. Amand's guiafenesin), but still struggled with insomnia and the resultant fatigue and irritability.

Immediately upon taking the beCalm'd, I noticed I fell asleep more easily and slept much more deeply. Now, for the first time in many years, my body puts me to sleep instead of me struggling to put my body to sleep. My mood is also much more positive and I'm less irritable.

To be honest, my family members seem to notice this more than I do, as I still do worry about things as they come up. But I guess my expression of this worry is much milder and more relaxed. Sometimes my body fills up with an animal well being that I normally feel only after large amounts of very strenuous exercise. I just feel good for no reason! It's really wonderful, and if the beCalm'd continues to work this well, then it will definitely transform my life. (I've been taking it for about a month so far.)

My thirteen year old daughter is also taking the beCalm'd. She too is sleeping much more deeply and in a more cheerful mood. I definitely recommend that anyone suffering from irritability, depressed mood, or difficulty sleeping give the beCalm'd a chance. They are incredible!
