Finally Losing Weight because I am more relaxed

My name is Joanne and I have probably lost and gained enough weight to make several people! I was so sick of failing at dieting that I wanted to kill myself. Of course I couldn't go thru with it but I certainly was miserable.

When I was introduced to beCALM'd I was very skeptical but I was still ready try anything out of my desperation.

The first thing I noticed was that I immediately "felt" better. I mean I felt more relaxed then I had for a while and it suddenly seemed that whatever I tried that got me any results whatsoever, in the past, seemed to work better! So I was very encouraged by this and have been able to lose 40 lbs and do it without "crash" dieting or any of the crazy fad diets I tried.

The beCALM'd definitely made whatever I did towards dieting work better. I am very grateful for this product.
