How does vinegar taste to you?
Is it mild, sour and bitter, or does it have no taste at all?
This issue will relate what that tells you about your blood pressure.

Your Blood Pressure Tells How Vinegar Tastes To You

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

(From Chapter 14 of "Feed The Body Right" by Dr. Lendon Smith)

*To discover the correlation between your blood pressure and the
taste of vinegar you can do this safe experiment.*

Step 1. First take your blood pressure and write down the
numbers. Systolic (top)/diastolic (bottom) A satisfactory
reading would be about 120-135 (top or systolic) and 75-87 (bottom or diastolic).

Step 2. Now, add a teaspoon of vinegar (white distilled is
preferable) to an eight-ounce glass of water.

Step 3. Taste the vinegar water, and see how the vinegar tastes
when the systolic pressure is on the high side.
a. If you have a high systolic pressure (over 140) and the
sodium in your blood test is elevated somewhat, the vinegar will taste mild.
b. The higher the systolic pressure, the milder the vinegar flavor will be.
c. It should taste like water if your systolic is 160 mm BP or above.

Step 4. Taste the vinegar water, and see how the vinegar tastes
when the systolic pressure is on the low side.
a. If you have a low systolic pressure (110 or lower), the
vinegar will taste sour or even bitter.
b. You are probably one who restricts salt in your diet or you
eat a lot of vegetables and as a consequence, you are making your
own vinegar; this diet has removed sodium from your system already.
c. You don't need to drink the vinegar water if it doesn't taste good.
d. Your body is telling you that you do not need it; that you have enough already.
e. (It is even possible that your urine may test alkaline
because the sodium coming out from the kidneys makes the urine
alkaline. Vinegar, an acid, may make the body excrete an alkaline chemical.)

*Which is more threatening to the blood pressure? Sodium or alkalinity?*
The susceptibility of individuals to hypertension depends more on
the amount of acetic acid (vinegar) available to the kidneys.
This acid removes sodium from the body. Excess alkalinity is
more of a threat to the individual than the sodium as it relates
to causing high blood pressure.

*Something To Think About*
Those who eat fish, meat, and salads with vinegar dressing
(acidic foods) will be able to reduce their sodium and keep the
blood pressure under some control, even getting it down to a normal level.

The next issue will tell you how vitamin C (another acid) and
calcium influence the thickness of one's blood.

* Ren Smith in his testimony on Noni juice states the
following about his high blood pressure.

"Because I have high blood pressure I have been on medication for
a number of years. The first part of November I noticed my blood
pressure was getting too low (98/56) and I was getting lightcaded.
I decided to stop taking one of my blood pressure medications,
Procardia. Within a few weeks my blood pressure was still too low
and I stopped taking all my blood pressure medication since the
first of November. Now my blood pressure readings are 120/78.

The only thing I am doing differently is drinking Noni Juice."
