All of these conditions and many more can be caused by a
deficiency in: choline, calcium, folic acid, or betaine hydrochloride.
Choline tables usually smell like three-day-old dead fish to most
participants, so they do not want it nor need it. If it smells
good or there is no smell, people usually have one or some of these.
* poor memory,
* confusion, vagueness,
* high cholesterol,
* arrhythmias,
* fat intolerance,
* gastric ulcers,
* growth retardation,
* hypertension,
* liver impairment,
* kidney disease, and
* eczema.
*What kinds of problems indicate a deficiency of Choline ?*
Choline is needed if one is on a very poor diet, has malabsorption, or stress.
*Why Should They Be Deficient in Calcium?*
If the tablets have no smell or smell good, one would most likely have:
* muscle cramps,
* arms and leg numbness,
* tingling of lips, tongue,fingers, feet,
* carpopedal spasm,
* sensitivity to noise,
* prone to tooth decay.
A severe deficiency could be the cause of rickets, convulsions, or larngospasm.
*What Causes a Deficiency of folic acid?*
These tablets have little smell for most, but would smell good if one has:
* megaloblastic anemia,
* is numb,
* is weak, unstable,
* has restless legs (like B12 deficiency).
* has a smooth, sore, red tongue,
* has mouth ulcers,
* experiences dizziness, apathy, and forgetfulness,
* has anorexia,
* has graying hair,
* is experiencing growth retardation.
*What kinds of problems indicate a deficiency of folic acid?*
Folic acid is needed if one has used oral contraceptives, does
not eat leafy vegetables, ingests an excess of alcohol, has
parasites, bleeding, cancer, stress, malabsorption, or diarrhea.
Any condition resulting in the increase need for blood formation
will increase the need for folic acid.
*What causes a deficiency of betaine hydrochloride?*
Most people think these tablets really stink because they have
enough stomach acid. Those who need this, and to whom these smell good usually have:
* dyspepsia
* foul-smelling gas,
* much belching,
* unable to digest protein,
* slowed bowel motility,
* food sensitivities,
* protein deficiency,
* parasites,
* pernicious anemia,
* soft nails, and thin hair.
*What kinds of problems indicate a deficiency of betaine
hydrochloride?* Betaine hydrochloride is a stomach acid
substitute and would be good for those with cancer, old age, low
serum iron, chronic use of antacids and gastric acid inhibitors.
The body will not be able to absorb B12, folic acid, the eight
essential amino acids, and all the minerals without sufficient HCL.
