The body is always trying to save your life.

*How Does Unresolved Anger Affect our Body?*
When confronted by any challenge, stress hormones released into
the bloodstream constrict the exterior capillaries of our
vascular system, moving the blood supply to the long muscles of
the body to make us ready for flight or fright. The exterior
capillaries in the brain constrict also; the forebrain activity
goes to functional zero and the back brain rules. We become
