*** So Youire Pregnant! *** (Taken from the writings of Dr. Lendon Smith, M.D. and edited by Dorothy Q. McDonald, editor for AAA Alternative Health Tips. All comments are those of Dr. Smith and it's okay to disagree with him. But it gives you a starting point for deciding what you should do.)

* Is a girl's nutrition important? *

As soon as a girl has her first menstrual period, which means she has the hormones and the equipment, she is to be put on a program of nutrition, because, apparently, many girls do not know when they might get pregnant. The male of this liaison must be on a good diet with extra zinc and C also. If the girl is not already taking Tahitian Noni Juice she will want to start so her improved health will be passed on to the baby. If that baby is not healthy, you and I will have to take care of it.

* Does she need to increase the nutritional supplements she takes? *

When her pregnancy comes along, hopefully between her twentieth and thirtieth birthday, she will be surrounded by supportive friends and relatives. She will increase her vitamin C intake depending on bowel tolerance to 2,000 mg a day for the first three months, then 4,000 mgs daily in the second trimester, and then close to 5,000 mg daily until delivery. if possible,

* What about chemicals, preservatives, etc.? *

We have already read in other isues Dr. Smithis comments about the need to keep these sorts of things out of our foods, environment, etc. In addition Dr. Smith says, iDo not allow any food or drink containing aspartame in the house.i (Editoris note: Aspartame is the chemical sweetener used in such drinks as Diet Coke. I recently received a report on a study done on the health problems caused by aspartame. This article has been so convincing that all those who have read it have immediately stopped taking anything containing aspartame.)

* What about the delivery? *

She should deliver her baby at home or wherever her trusted accoucheur wants her; unless there is some serious complication, *She should try to avoid the hospital and its invasive tests.

* What about after the delivery? * If she delivers a boy, she should not allow him to be circumcised. *She must breast feed her baby from the first moment out of the uterus. No water, no formula, just Mom. *She should plan to carry this baby around for some weeks and months, as if the baby is still a part of her. *She should nurse on demand and plan on that method of feeding for at least ten to twelve months. The pregnancy and the nursing is like a launching pad. This healthy start will make this baby a smart, happy child. He will be fun to raise.

Next week we will look at what the baby takes in the form of food, nutritional supplements, etc..

Noni juice works for all sorts of health conditions.

Last week we quoted the parts of a testimony by Dr. Hall showing what Noni juice has done for those with chronic conditions including Multiple Chemical Sensitivities. We got such a favorable response from this that this week we will share with you the rest of his testimony.

----------

Dr. Hall is a board certified in family practice......

Some of the best results I've seen with noni juice were in patients with inflammation problems such as arthritis, tendonitis, bursitis, or carpal tunnel. In our culture, the kind of diet we eat makes it easy for our bodies to turn on the inflammatory process.

I've personally had debilitating back pain for over ten years. I have three degenerative discs and a large Schmorl's node on the anterior edge of L2 with osteophyte formation. I've tried everything I could think of: Chiropractic, Hellerwork, Naturopathy, Yoga, acupuncture, aerobics, massage, dialoguing...all with slowly progressive worsening of my pain. Three weeks on Noni juice and the pain and spasms were gone. I could get out of bed without 20 minutes of stretching, pick up my six year old again, chop and load firewood...the list goes on. I feel like I have a second chance at life.

In the last 4 months, using Noni juice on select patients in my practice, here is just a sampling of what I've seen:

A 75 y/o male with matastactic prostrate cancer, most recent PSA of 56, added noni to his conventional treatment regimen and within two weeks, his PSA was 1.1.

A 63 y/o female, three years ago recovered from 15 year bout with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, experienced a relapse in August following a viral Infection. She added Noni juice to all of the natural things she had been doing for the previous two months and within 5 days was 90% better. She is now essentially back in remission.

A 38 y/o female with migraine headaches with every menstrual period her entire life, had tried Oriental Medicine, cranial osteopathy, hellerwork, hypnosis all without relief. She has now had four periods in a row without a headache.

Three teenagers with severe acne have completely cleared and been able to stop their antibiotics.

A 19 y/o female with 18 months of Mono-like syndrome-fatigue, night sweats, aching. She had to quit college, quit her job, and move back home. One week on noni and she was better.

This list could go on and on. This product is so helpful to so many that I strongly encourage you to try it and let the product speak for itself. I'd be willing to bet that you'll be glad you did!
