** The Relationship Between Obesity and Our Temperament **
(Taken From Dr. Lendon Smith's notes)Sheldon also found that there was about an 80 percent correlation between physique and temperament. He found that: endomorphs are extroverted, slow, and dominated by their digestive systems. Stressors (anything one perceives as overwhelming or which produces anxiety) tend to stimulate these people to eat.
He points out that mesomorphs are physical and aggressive. They would meet problems with a physical response. They are more prone to cardiovascular problems and some mental problems.
He noted that ectomorphs are more introverted and physically frail. If they become anxious, they tend to withdraw and avoid food. For example, the person whom you most resemble among your blood relatives will serve as a fairly good indicator of what disease is most likely to affect you as you continue through your life. The trick is to put a buffer between your genetic tendencies and your disease by following a good diet and a healthy lifestyle until your batteries just run down at the ripe old age of 100 or so.
Dr. Smith says that Noni juice helps whatever is going on in our body to improve.

How does Noni Juice help?
Morinda citrifolia fruit contains a compound known as proxeronine. When consumed, proxeronine combines with an enzyme called proxeroninase in the intestine and the result is xeronine. The xeronine system is very delicate and complex. If one small part of the system is missed, then nothing works. An inadequate supply of xeronine in the body means that illness is prolonged and injuries are slower to heal. As a result, a good source of supplemental proxeronine is needed and Dr. Ralph Heinicke pioneered the study of the proxeronine and has discovered the only method available today to test for proxeronine.
