GETTING STARTED WITH GANO EXCEL

1. STARTER KIT: $24.99

Submit an Independent Gano Excel Affiliate Application form by FAX, enroll online or call Customer Service. As an Independent Gano Excel Affiliate, you are entitled to purchase products at Wholesale, retail products, and enroll new Affiliates. We even offer you a FREE eCommerce website so you can get started immediately.

Optional Gano Excel Website Upgrades

a. Basic Package ($9.95 monthly) – Streamlined with basic genealogy and management reports, a personalized website and Gano Excel email address to show everyone what you got.

b. Business Builder Package ($19.95 monthly) – Plug in to the power of building your Gano Excel business with tools that make others jealous - state-of-the-art contact management system, detailed activity reports, specially designed Retail and Sponsoring websites, and much more.

3. UPGRADE

PLATINUM - add up to 3 ESPs to your ESP Rolling Inventory, or initiate your Rolling Inventory with 4 ESPs, and instantly become PLATINUM.

• Earn as PLATINUM immediately and remain qualified 3 additional months.

• Maintain 100 PV Monthly AutoShip; remain PLATINUM thereafter.

4. WEEKLY FAST START BONUS

The Weekly Fast Start Bonus is earned by active Affiliates of any rank and is based on the sales volume from orders placed within the first calendar (commissionable) month by New Affiliates.

• PV from the sale of the Product/ESP/PSP Order by a New Affiliate will count towards your monthly qualifications.

• CV from the sale of the Product/ESP/PSP Order by a New Affiliate will be paid as part of your Weekly Fast Start Program for their first calendar (commissionable) month. After their first calendar month, CV will be paid as part of your normal monthly commission.

• Fast Start Bonus is paid to Affiliates qualifying with a monthly 100 PV AutoShip minimum.

EARNING COMPENSATION FROM GANO EXCEL

Commission checks are issued within 20 days following the close of a monthly commission period.

RETAIL SALES

1. Affiliates receive 100% of the Retail Sales Profit from product sales based on the difference between the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) paid by the Customer and the Affiliate price.

2. Preferred Retail Customers who set up an AutoShip order get a 25% Discount off the SRP; while the Affiliate enjoys the difference as Retail Profit.

3. Earn a 30% Retail Customer Rebate based on the Customer

Commissionable Value (CCV) of products ordered. Affiliate must maintain a 100 PPV AutoShip under their personal account to qualify for this rebate. More details on the Professional Account Request form.

UNIFLEX™ COMPENSATION PLAN

To earn commissions from Gano Excel, you must generate a minimum of 100 Personal Point Volume (PPV) and 100 Organizational Point Volume (OPV). As previously noted, eligibility to earn commissions depends on meeting the PPV, OPV and Active Personally Sponsored Frontline Affiliate requirements associated with each rank. You will always be recognized by the highest Title you achieve in all official corporate recognition regardless of your actual Paid Rank. Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond qualifications are based on monthly requirements and accumulated OPV. Premier Diamond, Royal Diamond, Crown Diamond and Presidential Crown are based on monthly requirements and monthly OPV. In the United States, the Point Value (PV) of our products is equal to the Commissionable Value (CV).

1. Unilevel Commission – Depending on your Paid Rank and the level where volume is generated, you earn a specific percentage of the Commissionable Value (CV) assigned to each product purchased by each Affiliate within your marketing organization through 5 active levels. Each level is defined by an Affiliate generating 100 PV. Full compression applies.

2. Unigen Commission – Starting with the Premier Diamond rank, Affiliates can earn through multiple levels between the occurrence of Premier Diamonds or above in any given leg of their organization (including 4% from Levels 1-5). Each of these occurrences creates what are known as “generations”.

3. Generation Zero – Gano Excel uses Generation Zero as a catalyst to shift payout from levels to generations to meet the needs of a growing organization. Generation Zero allows Premier Diamonds and above to reach beyond the limits of the Unilevel and earn commission on entire leadership organizations through as many as 5 generations starting with

you.

4. Quarterly Revenue Sharing Pools – Crown Diamonds share pro-rata in one percent (1%) of the company’s overall CV. Presidential Crown Diamonds share pro-rata in two percent (2%) of the Company’s overall CV. These pools are calculated monthly and paid quarterly.
